Social bookmarking Client for multiple update

I need a software or maybe mozilla firefox add-on, which updates all my social bookmarking accounts when I create a new post on my blog. I dont want to login to all my web 2.0 accounts each time to add my new posts. For example; there are fields for title, url, description, tags and when I click on update, the software adds that enrty to all social media sites like facebook, digg, delicious, reddit etc. Of course I give each login info first and save them before I send any data. Is it possible?
