How2 install Solaris, Android and Mac on VMware?

Yes I am newbie and want to check all popular OSs. I have already tried windowsxp and debian5 with vmware.

Now I want to try android, mac and solaris with vmware. I dont want to buy or pay for expensive solutions just want to try their free versions if possible without annoying registrations. Thnaks for your guides.
